My wife says that Mark treats her better than he treats me. Mark Millis, owner of Sunset Auto, has worked on half a dozen cars that I have wholly or partially owned, and he's also worked on my mother's car and my in law's. All in all, that's a Datsun, two Pontiacs, three Chevy's, a Ford (That lives up to any of its acronyms), and a Saturn. He has complained most about my Fieros, although, especially up against the Explorer, he's seen them far fewer times. He is very reasonable, and is as adept at rebuilding an engine as turning discs, as replacing a steering rack. The reason I didn't answer the "Respons well when they screw up," is that Mark hasn't screwed up on me yet. I'm not saying that he doesn't screw up, he just hasn't on my / our cars. Mark often has five or six good used cars for sale, and I may dump the Explorer for one of them, as long as it doesn't have a Ford marque on it....
