This is the most honest and affordable repair shop I have ever used. They always have time for me, although the shop is always full. They also have connections with other repair shops and will use aftermarket parts to keep your cost down.

I got in an accident and the front end of my car was a disaster. They put it back together, dealt with the insurance people, and kept me in the loop. When they were done the car looked at least as good as the day I bought it. They were a pleasure to deal with.

My car was hit while parked twice in two months. (In both cases, whoever did it just took off; welcome to Boston.) Yet these guys almost made getting it fixed a pleasure. They're genuinely the nicest guys you've ever met. Since price was an object, I shopped around in both cases, and they beat the second-best estimate by a mile, yet the work was really good. (The first time, the next-cheapest bid was $1,100 and they did it for $750, and the second time it was $800 and they did it for $450.) When it took longer than expected to fix the car, they got me a loaner at their own expense. And if you're still in a bad mood, check out the hysterical newspaper clippings on the refrigerator just inside the front door of the shop. You'll leave smiling. I just got home from the shop and had to recommend these guys.
