It may be just and Acura dealership but they will work on just about anything in the shop. I bring my familys Hondas there, drive about 15 miles for the great service. They always make you feel like family, give you an estimate, wash and vac the cars and offer me loaner cars. Id recommend Rich M or Jim T as my preferred technicians, not sure how the other guys are in the shop, not to say they are bad. Sometimes they can take a little longer than I personally like for simple operations, im assuming because they are busy. I recommend these folks to my friends and extended family.

I've had just a few routine checks and one annoying headlight matter handled by the team at Acura of Auburn. Each time the staff was up-front and courteous, if not always the fastest or the most professional. Specifically, when I had a small headlight replacement issue, because I couldn't get to the corner bulb without a special tool, they walked me through the process and gave me a small discount, which was great. While I waited, I had time to notice all their customer service awards hanging on the wall.
