Lisa was very knowledgeable about the repair process and made my experience very smooth. This is a quality repair shop, my BMW repairs look great! You can't even tell where the damage was. Thank you Ernie's Auto Body for a job well done.

Ernie's is in my home neighborhood so lookedthem up to give me an estimate on a rental car which had gotten side swiped in a local parking lot (no note from offender). Since I needed to return the car to the agency the next day they gave me an estimate, worked the car in and had it ready the next am when I needed it. They arranged for a second rental car company to get me a car immediately so I could get to work and helped me sort out the details of handling multiple cars with 1 person. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for local, honest and quality work. They wanted my business & to help me manage the details. All of which is appreciated when all I want is to be over with the process.
