My family has been taking our cars to Concord Subaru for years. We used to take them to a closer shop in Arlington but they were terrible so that was that. One time my father took our Subaru to a gas station - never again. The staff at Concord Subaru is wonderful. The mechanics have been there forever and are very knowlegeable. Tony and Kieth in service are nice and helpful and willing to explain anything a customer might not understand. As well, we recently brought our car in for repairs and not only did they do a wonderful job fixing the problem, but they washed the car, vacumed it, cleaned the leather and filled up the tank at no additional charge. I highly recommend taking any subaru there.

We also buy our cars from them, they are a great company, and everyone who works there is very very friendly!!!

Based on a couple of experiences I've had with them, I think they are not always particularly good at diagnosing problems and tend to fix things that aren't broken. In my case, I think they replaced the clutch ($900+) when the real problem was the clutch master cylinder was sticking because it was an extremely hot day. I think they also replaced all four brake rotors when the rotors may not have needed replacement.
