We've used Mark's for at least 15 years. He's got great mechanics working for him. Takes care of the problem the first time and is very reasonable. In a case that he couldn't solve the problem (car computer wouldn't "talk" to his), there were no charges for the time he spent on the car.

Only been a customer for 8 to 10 years. Heard they were expensive but I have never been unhappy with his pricing. Extremely honest and appears to have some customers for twenty years or more. Has 3 mechanics + himself, heard that he only hires mechanics that can handle complete computer diagnosis. As near as I can tell he road tests every job. He will admit that sometimes he cannot find the problem. Will not do diesel work, maybe not trans rebuilds.

Hires only mechanics who can diagnose with the computer. (No R&R guys) Except for major jobs tries to get the job done in one day. No unrepaired cars sitting around outside. Refuses to be paid for his labor when replacing a part that failed under a parts house warranty. (He "ate" his labor twice when replacing leaking rebuilt steering sectors. Parts house covered the parts but not his labor) Very honest. I never charge him to rent my vehicles as training devices!
