Not only do I trust them to treat my wife and daughters fairly in my absence, they do the same for freinds and acquaintences that I refer to them. One of their shop mechanics drives his child to day care near my home. Recently he left his vehicle and took mine in for repairs, returning it that PM, when he picked his child. The owner frequently loans his personal vehicle while mine is in his shop, often overnight. They regularily take my wife to her school, and go get her in the PM so she can retrieve her vehicle. They aren't perfect in their work, but they have never failed to take care of a problem to my satisfaction. They have a policy (made in their own self intrest to minimize returns) to use only top quality repair parts in their work.
