The owner explained things to me in a clear way and even told me that I didn't need several things done to the truck that I asked about.

MY EXPERIENCE AT COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE WAS DELIGHTFUL. THEY TURNED THE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF HAVING A PROBLEM WIYH MY CAR INTO A PAINLESS AFFAIR.THE OWNER REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM WITH THE CAR , THE WORK WAS FINISHED ON TIME AND FOR THE AGREED ON PRICE. BEING A WOMAN I WAS HAPPY TO FEEL TREATED FAIRLY AND HONESTLY. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY BUSINESS...

I brought my Toyota Avalon in for a check engine light problem which had been intermittently going off for almost a year. Another shop played a cat and mouse game with the repair but the check engine light would still come on eventually. The people at CARS found the problem quickly and fully explained what was being done and gave me options. I was pleasantly surprised by their speed and professionalism. I don't mind paying a little extra to get the job done properly and to be treated like a person - not another meal ticket. It has been 3 weeks now and it looks like they got the pesky problem solved. I will definitely be using them for my Avalon repairs.

A friend of mine referred me to CARS when I moved here in 2005, and I have thanked her for that several times since. I've also referred at least 6 other customers including my co- workers and girlfriend. While their location is not convenient for everyone, they are willing to give you a lift (within reason) after you've dropped your car off. I never doubt that the honesty, expertise and positive experiences I have are just the way Julie & Co. do business, and that they do their best for every customer.

Amazing shop, they weren't trying to nickel and dime me the whole way through. I came in for a front brake job on my '03 4Runner, andthey were able to break down the prices for me very clearly. I was charged $200 in labor to change front rotors and brakes. They even looked at my rear shocks and bushings, since Midas told me they were near death...which they were lying about, of course. They will propose other work that they feel might be good to do to your vehicle, but are not pushy about it (aka they don't claim you are going to die if you don't change out your in cabin air filter). I now actually have found a mechanic shop I can trust. They are really fast in repairs. The shop's office clerk, Michelle, is very kind, helpful and competent.

I hate it when my car has issues and have always felt vulnerable and taken advantage of when I've taken it to the dealer. Not so with this shop. They are honest to a fault, straight talking, help me prioritize needed repairs, no pressure, help me choose "new" used vehicles......A class act all around. I feel very fortunate to have found C.A.R.S.

Julie and Michelle run an honest, competent, professional business. A friend recommended them to me when I moved here from Minnesota four years ago. They were fast, but very thorough, and didn't nickel and dime me about little things. They told me what was urgent, what was not, and did so with no pressure. I had previously taken my car to another place for an oil change, and that mechanic, upon seeing my MN plates and a tiny amount of surface rust on the undercarriage, proceeded to tell me how my rotors were "thin" and that I immediately needed a $600 brake job. C.A.R.S. told me how ridiculous that was, and that my brakes were fine, which I already knew, but they told me without being prompted, honestly and upfront. They've earned my business for as long as I'm here!
