I researched the best tires for my two SUV's and then started calling the local tire stores. To a majority of stores tobtaining the tires I wanted was a hardship (so it seemed) as I was continually offered substitiutes (that were much more expensive, and with lower reliability ratings). When I contacted Kaiser they said they could have the tires by 10:00 Am the next buisnessday (Monday). Now, I called them 1 hour before closing, on Saturday, and Monday was a Holiday. At 9:30 Monday morning I was told my tires were there, at the price I wanted, with free balencing, mounting, valve stems, and free lifetime rotation. My car was ready within an hour, the managers were personable, the waiting room CLEAN, (as was the restroom), and they had good magazines! The second time I came in I only needed 3 tires as one was only 6 months old) and they worked with me on price etc., as coupons (which they have) are geared to a 4 tire purchase. To top it off I'm what Click and Clack would consider dangerous...a woman with just enough knowelegde of cars to get by (I still pine for my 73 valiant). Kaiser tires treated every customer I saw respectfully and took care of business. I took a stack of their business cards to hand out!

I have been buying tires at this place for 12 years and have had several makes of car from Chryslers to Volvos; they have always been reasonable and accommodating and don't try to sell me the most expensive products they have. I generally quit any mechanic when I feel I'm being taken advantage of. The fact that I still go here regularly is a testament to their honesty.
