Amazing place! Visited just after Xmas, needed 2 new rear tires for my ride. They not only squeezed me in the same day I called & had me outta there in 30 minutes when all their bays were loaded, when I explained I was on a budget, they sold me two nearly-new trade-in tires & my TOTAL bill was less than the cost of what a single new tire would have run me and, I'm a woman (AKA "target" for most mechanics). Very friendly, very competent & everyone (mechanics & customers) were smiling. Thought I was in the Twilight Zone! Not only that, but their pegboard will filled with Xmas cards from customers around the USA who were writing to tell them how thrilled they were with their past service & pricing--and this from a franchise "box" store! If you live in/near Louisville and need tires/brakes/oil changes or other Big-O service, I highly recommend these guys! Ask for the manager, Bryant Brown--he runs a great shop.
