Life savers!!!! In the midst of my brother's cross country move from Alabama to Oregon they replaced the clutch that another mechanic "fixed" days earlier. They also repaired all the damage caused by the faulty installation of the first clutch. All this at a price much much lower than the mechanic that screwed the car up in the first place!

Ask for Paul Foster, OWNER. Tons of experience. High quality work performed. Short wait times on Wed. & Thursday. Exceptionally competitive pricing. (I saved over $130 on a CV boot replacement.) Mechanics are salaried, no commission overrides. Clean & newer shop. Locally owned. (Looks like a national franchise, but it's not - yet!) Brakes are their specialty (no mufflers). A/C Wheel & axle work.

I found them using the Car Talk 'find a mechanic' link. They took the extra time to examine everything that could be related to the problem they were working on (leaking brake line), and when a problem was found, they didn't push for immediate repairs, just suggested that I have it attended to in the future. Thses guys have found a home in my rolodex and will get free publicity from me every time someone asks if I know a great repair shop.
