I am a 62 year old female and must have a repair person that I can trust. I also drive over a hundred miles every day to work and back. My Olds Cutless Ciera has 282,000 miles and is still running like a top because of his maintenance and gentle prodding "Did you check the oil - you've got to check the oil. . .etc.". The Friday I moved to the neighborhood, I had a minor repair problem and was very very broke. I saw his shop over on the next street and walked over. I said, I'm your new neighbor, please fix my car, I won't have any money til next Friday. He looked at me with a rather shocked expression and said "Well, OK." He did and I paid him and he has been wonderful, even protective, of my sister and I ever since. PS. I plan my travel on Saturday so that I can listen to the show. We live in a valley and NPR from either Lexington or Louisville can only happen on the car radio. Take care, Kathleen
