Great people to do business with. There have been several occasions where they could have easily replaced a part that didn't need to be and charge me for it. I had my brakes fixed there in SEP 2006. I noticed a shimmy in the front end in MAY 2007. Instead of selling me new front rotors for $300, they looked up my repair history and said that any repair was under warranty. The resurfaced my rotors for free!

My comments are for the Butlers Muffler downtown Leavenworth, on 7th. These shop is great! I used this shop because it was close to post when I first moved here a few years ago and have been going there ever since. I was so impressed with their work, price and honesty that I often ask them to perform work outside of their "Muffler and Brake" arena. I have NEVER felt uneasy about their work or prices (like everyone I would like it to be free - so any cost hurts these days). They always call to discuss repairs, costs, and estimated completion times. I recommend them to everyone.
