Most of these guys were born with tools in their hands. Very friendly. You can call them in the middle of the night if you have a problem and they will come and pick you up. The city police will call them if someone is broke down. The reason I disagree with them treating male customers and females different, is they like to joke around a lot. They sometimes like to flirt with the female customers in a good sort of way. They are hard working and always busy. You almost always have to wait in line to talk to the boss. You don't have to make an appointment. These guys are old school. They still write all their invoices by hand.

JD's has worked on several cars for me over the years. There have been times when they made a sweet reduction in price because they knew money was tight for the family. On one occassion I saw the guys go out of their way, working late to help a stranded motorist.
