THIS IS A CUSTOMER ORIENTED SHOP. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED THEY WASH YOUR WINDOWS, VACUUM THE INTERIOR (FRONT) AND INCLUDE A 26 POINT INSPECTION INCLUDING BELTS, FLUID LEVELS AND TIRE PRESSURE, ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. NEED A RIDE HOME WHILE WE WORK ON YOUR CAR. NO PROBLEM. THEY LISTEN VERY CLOSELY WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, DIAGNOSE WHAT IT IS AND THEN EXPLAINS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND WHAT OPTIONS YOU HAVE. THEY KEEP TRACK OF ALL WORK YOU HAVE DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER AS NUMBER ONE. EVERYONE WORKING IN THE SHOP MAKES YOU FEEL WELCOME. YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR WORK. HERE'S AN EXAMPLE OF ONE INSTANCE I EXPERIENCED. HOT AUGUST DAY, COMING HOME FROM WORK ABOUT 5 IN THE AFTERNOON, MY WIFE CALLS ON THE CELL PHONE TO ADVISE HER CAR WOULD NOT START. I WENT TO THE STORE WHERE SHE WAS PARKED, CHECKED OUT A FEW THINGS AND THEN DROVE TO THE GARAGE. I TALKED TO TERRY AND TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HE SAID HE WOULD RIDE BACK TO THE STORE WITH ME TO SEE IF HE COULD FIND THE PROBLEM. HE GRABBED A FEW TOOLS AND TO THE STORE WE WENT. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE HE CHECKED THE BATTERY CONNECTIONS TO BE SURE THEY WERE NOT CORRODED. THEN WE JUMP STARTED THE CAR. HE DID A SIMPLE TEST TO SEE IF THE ALTERNATOR WAS WORKING AND IT APPEARED TO BE FINE. HE DID NOTICE THE BATTERY WAS A DELCO 36 MONTH AND THE CAR WAS 4 YEARS OLD SO HE SUSPECTED THE BATTERY MAY BE WEAK AND THAT HOT WEATHER PUTS A BATTERY THROUGH A LOT OF HARDSHIPS. HE ASKED IF HE COULD TAKE THE CAR TO THE GARAGE AND RUN TESTS ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND WOULD CALL US AS SOON AS HE GOT RESULTS. WE SAID FINE. SO HE WENT TO THE GARAGE AND WE WENT HOME. ABOUT AN HOUR LATER HE CALLED TO SAY EVERYTING CHECKED OUT BUT THE BATTERY. IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE SUGGESTED WHAT BATTERIES HE WOULD RECOMMEND AND ALLOWED US TO MAKE THE CHOICE. WE TOLD HIM WHAT BATTERY WE WANTED IN THE CAR. HE SAID HE WOULD INSTALL IT AND HAVE THE CAR READY FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. WE TOLD HIM THAT WOULD BE FINE (CONSIDERING IT WAS ALREADY AN HOUR AFTER THEIR NORMAL COSING TIME) THE NEXT MORNING WE STOPPED BY AND PICKED UP THE CAR. THERE WAS A SMALL SERVICE CHARGE FOR GOING TO THE STORE (UNDER 10 BUCKS) PLUS THE COST OF THE BATTERY. WHAT A DEAL!!! AND THE CLOCK WAS SET TO THE RIGHT TIME. THAT IS THE WAY THE GARAGE WORKS...NO BULL, NO TRICKS, JUST QUALITY SERVICE..AND WITH A SMILE TO BOOT.
