This operation is a family operation. They also just recently opened a 2nd location in Lebanon, IN. I have trusted them for several years with my vehicles. Their waiting room is also clean and comfortable for both sexes with a clean restroom and waiting room reading materials.

These guys have been fixing our three cars for 9 years and they have always treated us fairly. Sometimes they will check the brakes if we are hearing a squeak, and they will tell us that there is still 10,000 miles of pad left and the brakes do not need to be fixed yet, and then NOT CHARGE for the diagnosis! Try having THAT experience at the dealer, who charges $70 to open the hood!

I gave them a written note authorizing work up to a certain dollar amount without a phone call. Not only did they do the work, but they came in under the amount I already told them I was willing to spend. Think about that, I allowed work to be done up to an amount, and they did the work for less. The definition of integrity is what you do when no one else is looking. I trust them.

For twenty years, this is my shop. They are the best. I loved it when my car broke on the interstate and I got it towed in. The driver of the tow truck told me what he thought it was, and knowing nothing about cars, I took that info to the guys at Zionsville Auto. They knew I expected to pay over $200 for the repair. The tow truck driver was wrong, and my bill was less than $50. They knew they could have charged $200 for a $50 job. Never crossed their minds. Great mechanics with impeccable ethics and manners. Worked on daughter's Corolla, son's Jeep, wife's Caravan, all handled professionally and capably. On another note, devoted to the community. The owner coached my son's boys club ball team. Fifteen years later, he still asks about him. 'Take them lots of brownies!!'
