Have never encountered an automotive repair facility with more expertise in these specific models. usually can offer a choice of new, rebuilt, or used parts. Have never had a bad experience. Prices somewhat higher than most shops, but offset by fast, knowledgeable service.

I had a BMW 528e that i took to several shops from here to Chicago to repair a starting problem. Some shops tried to repair costing a great amount of money, others wouldn't touch it. Quality Imports took the car and repaired it, replacing several selnoids. The car ran for a short period of time and began the same problem again. This time they took it back in and took it for one week, spending the better part of the week working on it. They could never find the exact problem, but they believe it to be in a secondary alarm system that was installed in the car. Since they couldn't repair it, they never charged me for any labor on any repairs. I thought this was very fair and I sold the car and replaced it with a 740 volvo wagon, which they worked on several times without any problems. The service is great and the price is always fair. Comparing them to the volvo dealership is like comparing night and day. I Highly recommend them to anyone who owns a European car.

These guys are really, really good. We've had so many positive experiences that it's hard to pick but by far my most memorable was when my Mercedes 320 starting gushing gasoline as I was driving through town with my 90 year old mother riding co-pilot. Cars were keeping at least 30 feet in distance from me and guys were yelling and pointing but I immediately made a bee-line for Quality Imports and with gas spewing into their parking lot Mike calmly took over and we all survived. We have a lot of cars and before purchasing a make actually take into consideration whether they will work on it. They have recently starting working on Lexus so that was a positive to us in considering a Lexus to purchase. Highly recommended.
