The Knapps' are honest, won't lie you, won't sell you unneccessary repairs and take responsibility if one of their guys make a mistake. I have been taking my cars there, including my Corvette, for 20 years.

if something is not in their line of expertise,they will tell you who to take it to ,as in the rebuilding of an automatic transmission,I have done business with them over 30 years since Stan ran a service station and I have never been unhappy with their service.It would be good if you could say that about all business that we deal with.

I agree with every comment made. Jeff runs the shop, and he has never done me wrong in 12 years. If he says it, I believe him, and he stands behind it.

went to shop for 1st time after i moved to the area. Have been using them almost 17 years now. Honest and they do very good work. on the odd occasion when they did not fix something the time, they will make it right. had a brake master cylinder replaced. the replacement failed in about 4 months, replaced it free of charge and it also failed after about 5 months and again replaced free of charge.

I have been using Knapp for several years now. We started with them because they were recommended on this website. I have always been happy with their service. I don't feel stupid talking with them. They usually can at least give me a good idea of what they think the problem is when I call. Just a good hard working group of people.

I was pleased with their work on my wife's car. They even recharged the AC free of charge when they realized that the engine work they performed inadvertently led to the discharge of the refrigerant.

The Knapp's are our cars' most important physicians. They are a pleasure to deal with.

They have always treated me with respect, and they do not try to sell me anything I do not need done. They are very competent and always stand behind their repair.
