Every time I take my car there, my workmates tease me because they all call me about a special for me. My Jetta is an 88 and has over 186,000 miles. They all way tell me to take good care of it because they want to be able ti show that indeed VW run, and runs, and runs, etc. They all way say, well here a deal-your price has been cut. Often they throw in coupons, and freebees. Now I'm sure that it's not costing them much-but it sure makes me feel wanted. I have watch them show woman what wrong, give them overalls and a hat, and say climb under so I show and explain whats wrong. If they cannot do the job intime they have given me a loaner for the time my car in the shop because of their scheddule problem or having no parts. My friend alway say when your car need work rod, go back to the dealer. Last, they alway give me an advance notice of problem, and call me to remind me to get it taken care of. Well, got to go-I hear your show om WFYI90.1 Indianapolis, In.Rod
