I always talk to Joe Shanholt. He is the person who takes all the information down when you bring your car in. On one particular time when I was bringing my van in for an oil change he let me know that the mechanic working on it found something leaking from the rear axle. Joe talked to me about putting a rebuilt part on my van. My 2002 Pontiac Montana had over 125,000 miles on it at the time. I didn't have a problem with that. He took vacation time when I scheduled to bring my van in for the work to be done and he quoted me a price around $200. I didn't know that he didn't write down in the book to order a rebuilt part for my van. When they called to let me know that my van was done and how much I owed over $800 for what they repaired. I about got sick and I asked about what happened to the rebuilt part that you were supposed to have put on. To make a long story short, the service manager called and told me they were only charging me for what I was quoted. I feel they took good care of me. I will always go back to them with my van when it needs to get repaired. I am so glad I didn't have to tell my husband what happened.
