We had a busted out rear quarter panel glass in our Ford Windstar (long story, all my fault). So I started calling a bunch of local glass companies and was receiving outrageous quoutes for a replacement ($400-$500). I was also getting a runaround that the glass was more expensive because my van has an auxillary air conditioner. I called AAA and they gave me a qoute of $327 and that the price was not more expensive b/c I had an auxillary a/c. So I had my wife and two kids go to the shop for them to work on the car. My wife was very impressed with the personnel and the shop itself (she is hard to impress w/ garages). They gave her an estimated time of 2 1/2 hours for the completion. So she took the girls and went for a walk around downtown Indy. They were finished in just under two hours, and did a great job. They even apoligized about having to unbuckle a kids carseat so they could get to the window. Needless to say that my wife was very impressed.
