Having many problems w/ 2003 Chevy S10 w/ only 62,000 miles. Took truck to chain repair shops and truck always seemed to run worse when I got it back. This place fixed my problems the same day, actually I had a call back by early morning and car was fixed by early afternoon. One important note, I looked up the parts from the invoice, that were used (and checked the vehicle to make sure they were actually used!) and noticed that they chose very high quality parts. When I turned in the car I was asked if I would accept new parts only or used, and I said new only. One example is that my sparkplugs were replaced with Autolite Double Platinums. That may bother some people, and maybe some people would prefer to be asked but for me I think the judgement call was correct, given that it was probably clear that I take care of my vehicle and would not fix it myself with low-end parts...and that the truck had relatively low miles. If it was a $500 part vs. a $200 part I might feel differently but I think in such a case they would ask. Anyway, good work, good parts, and good service. Hopefully I won't be going back soon, but I won't hesitate to visit them again if I have any problems.

I had a frustrating, expensive and aggravating experience with this shop. They earned a lot of bad karma with me! The air-conditioning in my car had stopped working. The shop eventually replaced many elements of the AC system, in a sort of trial and error fashion. The bill was nearly $1800. Within the warranty period it failed. I took the car back to the shop and they said there was a defective part. The part was warranteed by the manufacturer, but the shop was going to charge us labor. We said they needed to submit their labor bill to the manufacturer who was providing a replacement for the defective part. The woman at the counter became so indignant i thought she was going to spit at me! Then she called out one of the mechanics, and he got angry too! They said they would not warranty the replacement! Well, sure enough, the AC lasted only through a few summer months, and $1800 went up in toxic fumes. The attitude of this shop is deplorable. They are over-priced and incompetent.
