We had a transmission problem with a 1999 Honda Odyssey, and after the "clunk" was audited by the mechanic, he reviewed the service bulletins and concluded that the transaxle needed replacement. The mechanic shared his knowledge with me and also the service advisor shared her input and detailed the length of time for the repair. The repair was completed under the factory warranty. I was especially impressed with the service department's focus on servicing my needs and other maintenance work which was also done.

One of the reasons I continue to buy Hondas is so Tom Wood Honda can continue to work on them. I have only purchased two cars from this dealer over the years, yet they have serviced 10 different vehicles that I have owned over the last 20 years. Finding a good mechanic and good hair stylist are the hardest things to do in any town!

I bought my 2002 Odyssey used from them. I had them put 4 new tires. i felt something wasn't totally right, but I thought it was just the new tires. Well, the shaking got worse, and when I brought it back to them, they said a tire had thrown a belt because my wheel was bent. I brought it to two other repair places, and both said there was nothing wrong with the wheel. They put in 2 transmissions within a few months and would not even give me a free oil change for my trouble. No loaner was provided while they had my car.
