When you own a piece of junk, you learn very quickly where a good mechanic is. I used to drive all day for my job (former copier salesman) and I had what used to be a nice car. Then something happened. The car got old. I was so attached to this car since I lived in it from 9-5 that it was too hard to just let it go. Rich's was right in my territory, so that was convenient. Over time his mechanic Dave fixed everything from brakes, rotors, alternator, steering knuckle thing, battery, 75amp fuse in engine, fixed the problem causing the huge engine fuse to blow, trouble shooted an ABS warning, fixed the EGR Valve, condenser fan, radiator, power window motor. That's just the short list not including regular oil changes and regular maintenance and tires. I kept going back because Rich did a great job and I probably financed his kids going to college will that car. If I had a question about the problem he would answer it, if the problem persisted he would re-look at it. Now that that car is dead I just go to him for oil changes on my new car.

This is a no nonsense shop! The guys that work there, as well as the owner, seem to be very straight forward and honest. I feel EXTREMELY comfortable bringing my car to them and don't feel as if I am being given the run around. It's tough as a female, to find a garage you can trust. This place is "it" for me! I highly recommend!!!!
