I lived in Warrenville for 20 years and had my cars serviced at Voegtles many times. They always rechecked my vehicle after a repair so when I got it, it was fixed. They worked with me for scheduling and drop off. They would explain any issue or repair. One particularly difficult repair was replacing the A/C expansion coil behind the dash. It involved removing a lot of the dash to replace. After the car was repaired, there were odd symptoms with the heater and wiper controls. They were persistent in working on this and finally found a pinched wire that was caught under part of the dash mounting. I was very impressed because I researched the circuit and realized that this wire was in an ungrounded control loop and grounding it to the frame fed back to the controller hardware, not making it fail, but making it act strangely. I trust them for advice and repair on any auto problem.
