Proprieters Mark & Dana Jones. They have worked on my cars ('93 Ford Escort and '94 Chrysler New Yorker) since 1993. This work has ranged from routine oil and filter changes and minor stuff like light bulb replacement,to replacements (tires, batteries) to a major rebuild of the a/c system on the Chrysler. Shorewood Lube does not have loaners, but is open on weekdays early and late (to about 6:00 p.m.). They do minor work (mostly oil changes) on Saturday mornings "while you wait." Prices are reasonable/competitive. Mark is a straight arrow, with good diagnostic skills.

Mike is an honest mechanic, which is harder to find than an honest lawyer. He will fix your car at a very reasonable rate. They replaced both my front axles for about 175 bucks, which was more than 100$ less than what other shops in the area quoted me. I really trust them, and will always take my cars to them. They have worked on a my car and my truck, and they have also saved me some hard core repairs that I was told by another mechanic that I was in need of, that was BS. They are friendly also. Good People!

very honest and knowledgeable. Very quick repair. We have family in area and do come here while in town for anything needed. lots of nice letters and compliments in show room from other customers, always good to see. Very clean and nice facility.

Incredibly competent, trustworthy service from people who have built a loyal following by treating others as they would want to be treated. We've taken our cars to them for years. Often a concern turns out to be a nothing which Mark can diagnose by a test drive. On the other hand (when going in for an oil change) he may spot a problem and make a suggestion before major trouble develops. During mid winter when I discovered a leak in the antifreeze pipes in a large van, he waited, worked after hours on a Saturday and jury rigged a repair to keep me going until he could get the necessary parts. Customer devotion such as that is almost impossible to find.
