I first used this shop for tires and alignment, only. Once I was in the shop and Frank Stanfa directed a customer back to the dealer because the part in question, a computer, was expensive and he couldn't be sure if replacing it would correct the problem. He said the dealer could try the part without charging if it was incorrect, and he would have to charge either way after he procured the part. I decided that this guy was so honest I'd take my cars to him, and have been for 8 years. Always helpful and will always explain each charge. If I'm not satisfied with a repair the work like crazy to make sure it comes out like I want. eample: They did a complete brake job on my 1991 Maxima. When I got the car the pedal seemed soft. They took the car back, bled the brakes again and checked all tolerances. I complained that the brakes still felt soft. The manager went with me for a test drive. He determined that the replacement pads were softer thatn OE. He then ordered premium pads for a different manufacturer that were like the OE. He assured me there was no difference but agreed with me that pedal feel was important, especially in a high performance car. There was no charge for the change. These guys are good.

I have been there when other customers or people off the street have come in with a problem. All are treated equally with the respect and honesty. All work needed is explained as to the why, the cost, and the time it will take to do the job. They also back up their work. I would not go anywhere else!
