They fixed a difficult problem with the ignition and an aftermarket remote start system with the least costly and most effective repair. The problem was actually a badly corroded ground wire from the battery to the chassis that was randomly cutting off the ignition. In doing so, it had destroyed the bypass module for the remote starter. In addition, a rumbling sound from the rear suspension that the dealer could not fix was traced to two loosened bolts on the suspension system. After the repairs were completed, Phil called me at home the next day to make sure the car was operating properly and I was satisfied. I have never, ever, had as competent and as customer centric a mechanic in over 40 years of car repairs. Highly recommended. I will be going back later this month for another repair that there was not time to have them do on my first visit.

I have been coming to this shop for years to have my 3 vehicles serviced (Jeep, Ford Van, Toyota). They have always been "up front" with me. They have quality personnel and use quality parts.
