Honest, value pricing, competent and very skilled. I have been getting help with auto repairs with this shop over many years with many different types of family cars. This is a one man shop run by Jerry Brown. He was very skilled at diagnosing and repairing. He has repaired engine- electrical-brakes-air conditioning -cooling systems, etc. He stays up-to date and usually can repair most issues, but he will refer or sub-contract if he can not do it. I initially heard of him years ago though his excellent reputation with University faculty & staff at a large local State university (ISU). He seems extremely skilled (for example, he has fixed electrical problems where another garage replaced parts and never fixed the problem). His prices are very reasonable, fair and competitive. He is very honest, and for example, will say "you don't need new parts (brakes, etc)," and if you wish, he will call you on estimated repair costs when he diagnosis the issue. The only negative is that he is a one man shop, and is in demand so sometimes there is a wait time prior to getting an appointment.
