Ken is the manager at this shop. He is always courteous and treats customers with respect. His prices are always "reasonable" fair market price compared with other shops. In other words, it is not the cheapest shop. One good thing about Ken, he will not ripe you off like the other shops across the street. For example, if you go buy a Y-pipe at Farm & Fleet, it will cost you approximately $60. However, if you buy the same Y-pipe from Meineke it will cost you about $100 plus labor which will mean that you leave the door paying $117. This is the fair market value price at every Muffler shop. Some muffler shops are even much higher.

I only marked bias in that I have had so many good experiences.

Ken is great for the muffler/shocks/brake work. He gives a fair price, and is great at explaining what needs to be done, and what does not. I have recommended several of my co-workers, and they have come back just as impressed.
