Mat, the owner is most helpful and will explain what he had done to the car in layman's terms. He gives us very good advice; therefore we trust his judgement. His mechanics are above average and have fixed our vehicle everytime to our complete satisfaction. I will take any vehicle that we own to his shop. He also offers discounts for customers but most of all Mat has a friendly demeanor and is very knowledgeable. As a customer we do not find him intimating or rushed.

Very professional, very friendly people! I had a discussion with them once about what kind of parts they use in their repairs. The mechanic explained that they are not forced to use certain brands like some other shops can be. Instead they use past experience to select the best brands (he gave several examples). This is a policy I highly agree with! One time, we had a car with a flakey air conditioner. They diagnosed the problem as being a faulty connection in a large wire bundle (I forget the techinal name for the part). Replacing the whole bundle would have cost us ~$1000. Instead of just telling us to replace it, hey went through the bundle, found the two broken wires, and repaired them. It only cost us ~$200 for labor, which is about what would have been added on for the replacement anyway. That's what I call a good mechanic!

Terrific service. They dont talk down to women, do unnecessary work or try to scare you into more work than you need. I will definitely bring my car here for any service and recommend them to all my friends.

Just honest and knew what they were talking about. Repair orders were understandable. Friendly waiting room with fresh/free coffee and popcorn. Videos for the kids as well as video games to keep them busy. The car was fixed properly and even washed. They explained the work to me before repairing anyting and told me what had to be done and what should be done in the near future. Great place to go to. I travel far to them but they are worth the trip.

I am very satisfied and impressed with this shop. Their customer service was outstanding! I took a chance on them based on the reviews I found here on Car Talk and I am not disappointed. They took very much care and time in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle to me, as well as showed me! Not only were they great to me on the phone and after I picked up my car, but they called me three weeks later just to make sure that everything was working well. I highly recommend this shop!
