The above rating applies to Mark at Motortek. We have had great success taking our car to him. He is honest and goes the extra mile for us. Their shop has picked me up at home when needed. Mark repairs little things on the car without charge. When the screws on our license plate were falling off or couldn't be removed, he fixed them by putting in new screws without being asked. He also replaced wipers that badly needed replaced and charged a reasonable price only for the wipers (not labor). He truly takes care of the customer and cares about the car he works on. Our only complaint is that one mechanic at the shop told us our wheels were warped and needed replacing, but his opinion was contradicted by Mark and mechanics at other shops that have subsequently looked at the wheels. If we still lived nearby, we would take our car to Motortek. We have yet to find a mechanic who does as thorough a job as Mark. Though I haven't been to Motortek in over a year, I came to this site specifically so that I could give the shop the glowing opinion that it deserves.
