At 9 AM I came in for a $15 oil change advertised in a flyer that came in the mail. The place looked busy with a couple of people in the waiting room and a pretty full parking lot. The owner Bill Decker came in and when I told him I came for the $15 oil change he kind of chuckled and grimaced and asked me where I saw the ad. I showed him the flyer. Apparently the printer was supposed to change the price but Bill said he would honor the printed price. They got to the car quickly. While I was waiting I asked both of the people waiting what their experience had been with this garage and both had nothing but positive things to say. Bill's diagnosis of the car was accurate. He asked me if I had changed the timing belt. I hadn't. Long story short, there were enough problems with my old beater that he recommended giving it to any 16 year old I might know just starting to drive. We had a nice chat. The guy was very friendly, honest, and straightforward. Definitely a small town honest guy, not a big city hustler. Recommended

This shop has repaired several problems with my vehicle and they did a satisfactory job. There have been a couple of cases where I do not feel they spend enough time diagnosing a simple problem. It may be unfair to single out these two problems. You need to be the judge. The vehicle was hesitating and they recommended and cleaned the fuel injector. They never changed the fuel filter, which I changed at another facility. Changing the fuel filter actually resolved the problem in my opinion. The voltage was fluctuating. They changed the alternator. This did not improve the problem, and one month later, the problem was resolved by a new battery. I do not believe the car needed a new alternator.
