This shop was recommended by a neighbor/perfectionist. My skepticism was completely replaced by confidence and trust. This third generation shop has consistently avoided the temptation to sell me parts or labor that I don't need. Maybe this is because the local police have their cars serviced here, but I think they like the idea of happy customers who, like me, wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My experience of thirty five years driving old beaters, working on them myself, and driving new cars until they become beaters qualifies me as an expert witness to the integrity of these good people. Tell them about this glowing recommendation and they will probably blush. Do you think I have a future in advertising? Seriously, you can relax when you do business here. Their modern shop is at the top of the hill on Rt. 8 in E. Peoria. Good luck.

Their prices are very reasonable compared to what it would cost elsewhere. Once they told me which repairs I needed and which I really didn't that another shop (the dealer) had recommended. Once they broke a small part while doing another repair. The owner came out to tell me what had happened and that they would take care of it. I appreciated his honesty, and they did fix it at no cost to me. I don't really know if they treat women (like me) the same as men, but when I've talked to the owner it felt like I was talking to my Dad.
