After we moved to Illinois in 2008, I found them on your website. The owners, Pete & Matt, do all the work themselves. They have several times told me I didn't need to spend money on things I thought I needed. It got funny when I thought I needed a battery (my RAV4 sits as my wife wants to take her Santa Fe, which they also work on. Both are 2002 with over 100k miles. They kept telling me the battery was fine, not to spend the money with them. I have developed full confidence in them and their integrity. Which is good. I'm very good at the things I do--cars is not among them.

I grew up with one of the owners, but I do not consider this to be a bias. The thing that convinced me that I should rely on True Tech for my automotive needs is that they are willing to review an automotive issue with me regardless of whether or not I bring the car to give, give me a true objective rendering on the automotive issue, and of course, it never hurts that they are priced much better than the dealer is.
