I had badly scraped the side of my lovely, capacious, comfy Grand Marquis in a parking lot turn too close to a cart corral. The dealer shop to which I had gone recommended Jay Kay, which was near to them, independent of them, and to which "many dealers send body work". They, especially Jimmy, the owner, were very good, competent, caring, honest, and reasonable. Jim said their paint matching was fine; it was perfect. Replacement panels and trim were required, acquired, and installed. Jim apologised for having to use an infinitessimally differing trim edging line, since the original was no longer available. The final detail and body wax work was great and has held up very well. I went back later for a replacement telescoping antenna, when I'd left it up in a car wash. Again, great work. I recommend them.

Jim Kepouros at Jay Kay Collision is easy to work with, delivered my car when promised, and went the extra mile to clean my car when fixed.
