Sam and the guys at B+H Auto have worked on the 3 cars we have owned since moving to the neighborhood. I trust them completely, primarily because of this experience: A few years ago, our 88 volvo wagon was giving us trouble. It felt as though the transmission was about to crap out. I nursed it up to B+H and dropped it off and waited for the verdict (expecting the worst - "needs a new/rebuilt transmission") Instead I got this call: "there was no transmission fluid, so we filled it up. it's ready to pick up and the total is $22" they have worked on the other cars we have owned and the experience has been nothing but positive.

I had a phenomenal experience with them! I was in Chicago from out of town and needed someone to fix my (automatic) windows, which were not opening or closing. I was treated VERY kindly and because they it took them only a few minutes to find the problem, they didn't even charge me. Amazing.
