Good guys there. Repair was somewhat under the price I got elsewhere. Shan was willing to work with me to come to a good understanding of what needed to be done and what we could get by with temporarily to save some money.

I first tried these guys after finding them through the locator on the website, and was very happy with them. Personable, and fair they took good care of me. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to use them in the future.

We have 4 cars that they have worked on; Nissan Maxima, Chevy Tahoe, Dodge Ram, Mercedes 600sl, so this has provided us with a good overview of their work. They replaced the trans on the Chevy at 200,000 miles and now it has 255,000 miles, and is driven by 2 college age boys. The Maxima needed some body work and has metalic paint. They matched the paint exactly. The Mercedes is somewhat fussy, but they have been able to do about 90% of the maintenance, at a great $ savings. The Dodge had an unfortunate collision with a low hanging pipe, and the cost to repair the roof was much less than the body shop that my insurance company sent me to.

This is the most honest mechanic I have ever been to. When he realized that an outside store could give me a better price on parts and labor than he could, he actually called me to tell me just that. Not only that but he talked with the people at this other shop to make sure that when I got there, they knew exactly what I needed done! They just make 'em like this guy anymore. I would highly recommend Gilani's to anyone!!!!

Shan (manager) is extremely helpful and accomodating. He explained what was wrong with our car and also accurately noted that the problem might not be totally gone and I might need to bring it back. He was right! I took it back, he was really helpful. I never feel like I'm being upsold or bamboozled. The entire staff is really helpful and fun. I actually enjoy going to the mechanic although I hope I don't have to go back for a long time!

I really challenge you to find a more honest and reasonably priced mechanic. Shan is great. He doesn't upsell, he simply explains what is going on and what are your options. The labor costs are reasonably or even generously applied. The scheduling and turn around times are very reasonable. I've been very happy, and this is the only shop to which I'll take my car.
