I came across Andres Auto Service when I was looking for a garage to care responsibly for our mini fleet of four vans at my place of employment. After scouring the local on-line sources, I was intrigued by what had been written about Luis, the owner, particularly regarding the way women were well treated by him and his staff. I conducted lengthy interviews with Luis and two other garage owners. I had a good feeling about Luis and so we gave him a try. Andres Auto Service and Luis were thoroughly endorsed by all of our organizations drivers, one of whom was a retired mechanic of 25 years and another of whom was the owner of a limousine service. That was nearly two years ago. Since that time, I have also had my own personal vehicle serviced there many times and have always felt myself in good hands. Luis is a wonderful guy. He is honest, hard working and extremely personable. I have never felt behind the 8 ball for my lack of knowledge of automobiles and have always been treated very well. Luis also has the wonderful habit of training his younger mechanics to be nearly as wonderful when it comes to customer service as he is. When you bring your car in to be serviced, you feel like family. A good honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. These guys are easily worth double their weight.
