Chris has actually not made a repair to my car, waiting for me to find out whether or not it can be repaired under warranty. For NO CHARGE! He also found an annoying rattle under the car chassis that was difficult to pinpoint. Chris also treats all customers with respect, and even shakes hands!!!! Even though this shop could easily do repairs that are not real necessary, they don't unless the customer specifically knows what the problem is and what the consequences of not repairing are. I have been shown specific parts that were defective, and they show no consternation when I have asked them to show me the parts that have been replaced. This is the best franchise shop I have been in since I started driving in 1964.

This shop's main problem is inconsistency. Many times I've received good (but expensive) service, but my last couple of visits have been plagued with misdiagnoses or shoddy work that had to be redone by another mechanic. They're very good with the basics, but diagnostics are an issue for them.
