Repair costs have always been reasonable. Tells me what work is necessary now and what could wait and for how long. Always ready on time. Never had to take it back because it wasn't fixed properly. Usually need to make apt. a dy or two ahead of time. Friendly and professional. Uses quality parts.

A tow truck driver recommended Imperial when I broke down after I had just moved to town 15 years ago. I've been going there ever since. I don't need extended warranties anymore. I just call Imperial when something breaks. One time Dodge told me the serpentine belt and tensioner were not covered by the extended warranty and would cost $350 to replace. I took it to Imperial who said my belt had a lot of miles left, replaced the tensioner and got me out the door for half of what Dodge wanted. Things break on your car that are expensive and I trust these guys not to waste my money. It isn't always cheap, but it's always worth it.

If I needed heart transplant I would trust Danny (the owner) and Willis to do it.
