The way I met Bob is that I was ready to leave town for xmas break (Univ of Illinois) and as I started out, my breaks began to fail. Most places were booked or closed, but Bob told me to carefully bring it over and he would get it fixed that day so I would be able to go home...and he did. He is a great, down to earth person that watches out for the folks he serves. A couple of years ago, a different car of mine was on its last legs. I took it to him to see how much $$ I would have to invest to get it running good. He told me it was a lost cause. I told him to keep his eyes open for a good late 70's chevy impala or caprice...guess what? He had another client who had just bought a dif care and wanted to sell her 77 Chevy Caprice!! It was in great shape and I drove it home the very next day!! He is GREAT!! The only down side is that he doesn't take credit cards since his company is so small. Must pay with check or cash at the time you pick up the car.
