Always great to work with. They are more than fair with what needs to be done and are happy to develop a relationship as time goes on. One time I couldn't afford a serpentine belt but because the vehicle needed one they put it on anyway. Very patient with questions and with deciding what work needs to be done.

They worked with my schedule so that I could pick up and drop off my car outside of working hours, in addition to leaving it there for a week. In addition to the work requested, they lubricated the clutch and transmission, which had been bothering me for a long time. It feels like a new car :).

This is far more than a tire store. My family has been using this shop for 10+ years. I am a cheapskate and I drive old cars and that means I need a good and honest mechanic. They guys at Goodyear fit that bill. When safety is an issue, they are quick to point it out and do good reasonably priced work, but if the problem is just an odd sound or something not in need of immediate corrections, they also point that out. I wish more folks were like them.
