He is always helpful in giving advice, can almost always tell you what the problem is within a short amount of time.

Always outstanding. Best in the area. Can't answer question about screwing things up - I have not had that experience on Mercedes, Porsch, Honda or Infiniti

They and one other shop, on the other side of the twin cities, are the best in town.

I just called this shop for an estimate, based on reading reviews here. The person I taled to seemed friendly, sounded knowledgeable, and gave an extimate that was comparable to others that I got (seems to be a fair estimate).

Very honest and reasonable guy. Does not do unneccesary work and will tell you what things need to be fixed and what doesn't.
