They have always treated my wife and I fairly and squarely. When we had a repair that was still elligible for factory warranty they told us.

I found out that Marv calls other gals "Hon." Here I thought I was the only one:~)) He tells it like it is and says, "Sorry" when he knows the bill is high. But I think he is fair. He listens and explains in terms I understand. His guys aren't always as honest as he is and will give a "straight-off-the-cuff-mechanics-lingo-practiced- response-right-out-of the-book-get-more-out-of-the- customer-if-possibe-reply." My mom has switched to Marv and she has been a Denninson's model consumer for over 10 years. 'Nuff said

I have been going to Grosso's for years and have always been treated like an old friend. Marvin, the owner, is always available to answer questions and always gets the work done quickly. I recommend everyone I know to Grosso's.
