My wife and I have beening using this mechanic's services for a little over ten years. Truly one of the best diagnos- ticians I have ever encountered. His honesty and do it right the first time work ethic is what keeps bringing us back. He has saved us so much money on repairs it is truly amazing. He gives you the straight scoop, good or bad and explains it without talking down to you like so many service people do. I have seen vehicles ranging from Benzes, Jaguars, Neons, old VW buses, gas, diesel, you name it, it's been on the floor.

I've known the owner of Francen and Son for atleast fifteen years and find him to be one of the most honest business people I have had chance to meet. He truely seems to love his work and the opportunity to help the customer. He does all of my repairs, my parents and in-laws repairs and anyone else I can persuade to visit his shop. No gouging, no unnecesary selling and it's fixed right when you leave. If he ever decides to sell the business or retire I'll have a tough if not impossible time finding a replacement. I strongly recommend that you visit his shop.

Overall I had a positive experience at this shop....until I got the bill. They charged me slightly over $125 for a coolant flush! They hooked it up to a fancy coolant machine and got the coolant looking pristine, but I just can't get over the price. So if money is not an object, I would recommend these guys. The work was done competently and quickly. They are also quite friendly and took the time to explain in detail everything they did to the car. Bottom line: if you want quality work and price isn't an issue, check this place out.

I have had my vehicles in several times for various reasons, but I am blown away by their ability to tell me the truth about my vehicle even if it cost them business. Its great to know you don't have to worry about someone taking advantage of me when it comes to things I don't know much about. I know they have saved me lots from other estimates I got before I was completely sold.
