This guy is seriously the most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with.

I have been using this repair facility for many years and always felt I was being treated in an exemplary manner. Dave and Terri Bryant go out of their way to make sure my repair problems are addressed immediately to my satisfaction. They stand behind their work unconditionally. They gave me their home telephone number in case I have some emergency (which, thank goodness, I never have) that must be taken care of immediately. I have never had as much confidence or comfort level with any other auto repair facility over the past 35 years in any city in which I have lived. I recommend this shop wholeheartedly without any reservations. Every city should have such a competent and honest shop.

Dave and Terri plus all of the staff are terrific. They have kept my 1989 Chrysler New Yorker up and running as well as provide maintenance on my 1996 Subaru Legacy. They are always right the first time about making the repair. I have never had to return for a correction. The service is almost always the same day. Everyone is easy to talk to. They don't mind answering tons of questions and are very good about explaining the work. Really great - incredibly lucky to have found them.

I have used Bryant Automotive for all my repairs and maintenance for as long as they have been in business. They keep my Jeep Cherokee running in top condition and are scrupulously honest and competent. Dave and Terri Bryant are the type of people that every city should have in the automotive repair business. They are a pleasure to do business with. I have never had a greater sense of confidence in any repair facility in any of the cities in which I have lived. I would wholeheartedly recommend their facility to anyone in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. They do not sell gasoline....they just repair cars.....fast and fairly. They have always stood behind all their work and if anything went wrong (sometimes not even their fault)they still repaired it at no charge. I believe they genuinely want satisfied customers.

Terri and Dave Bryant run their business in a straightforward manner with honesty and courtesy. They have even given me their home and cell numbers in case there is an emergency but I have never had to use that extra measure of service. They give me a ride to work when I leave my car and the work is always done on time. If they feel it will take longer they tell you ahead of time. There are no surprises in business dealings with the Bryants. They always answer questions in a direct manner and never act as though you were an inturruption to their work. Every city should have such fine service facilities and wonderful people to work with.

My Toyota is 15 years old and has nearly 250,000 miles on it. Last year, Dave told me that my car is in great shape and will probably keep going strong for another 100,000 miles. Shortly afterwards, I had a friend bring his Ford Escort (which is a year older than mine and had slightly more mileage. He was on his way to Seattle and wanted to get the car an oil change and a check up. My friend wound up getting a brake job and a few other repairs. When he paid the bill, he said to Dave, "So, will I get another 100,000 miles out of it?" Dave kind of hedged and then said that he was pretty sure it would make it to Seattle. Then he said my friend could call him if the car broke down on the road and he could offer advice to keep him from getting ripped off by any unscrupulous mechanics that he might encounter.
