They have always been very fair and reasonable and have not charged when a repair was not possible or necessary. Aren't able to handle all types and levels of repairs but will let you know up front if they can take care of your problem. The entire crew are very competent, also real nice guys.

I purchased my 1993 Caravan used, and the first winter the heat worked well. The second winter it was putting out hot air from the little vent that went to the windows and the defrost worked, but would not put out hot air at the floor level. The first thing they checked was the baffle system for the heat and that appeared to be working well. So they moved on to the heater core and engine cooling system, flushing it, replacing fluids, pressuring it and putting it under vacuum looking for leaks. They even replaced the water pump. No change. Back to checking the baffles in the air delivery. They finally found an orange crayon that had dropped down the defrost vent when it was owned by a previous owner. (My grandkids were too old for crayons when they rode in the car.) When the car was warm and in the shop the crayon would melt and the baffle would work, but when it was cold, it was glued in place! I was charged only for the pump and minimal labor even though they worked on the car off and on for four days.
