These guys occassionally make fun of me (like when the fan motor became jammed with a mouse nest made out of the airfilter), but have never treated me like I couldn't understand them just because I'm a chick. This is rare in mechanic-world. They have not overcharged, and frequently have come in below estimate. Always on time. And they don't look like they have a boat payment due.

My car was pulling to right, so I took my car in to get it aligned because I grabbed a coupon from their website. They quickly found the problem and rotated my front tires, which completely fixed the pulling issue. They charged me $6 for the job when they could have gone through with the alignment and charged me $40-50.

Bought some new tires from them since they were the only shop in town with that type of tire on hand. They charged a fair price for the tire (about the same as wal-mart) and they got them put on in about 90 minutes which seemed a little on the long side. Tires seem to be in good shape and well balanced so all in all a good stop.
