I have used this dealer for many, many years while driving their brand of automobile. when I also had other makes, I had the unfortunate opportunity to experience other dealers, and shops. Most of didn't seem to care. I really think that this the best shop, and dealership that I have ever seen or heard of.

Only used them twice for routine service, so far, since I purchased vehicle from them.

I've had my Cadillac here several times. and they are always very helpful. Right before my warranty ran out. I brought the car in, and they fixed a few things that I never thought would be covered. Most recently, I had the car in because it wouldn't start. They couldn't identify the problem because it started for them every time and said it was probably the starter but that they wouldn't replace it because it might not be the issue. I have been to many shops that would have replaced the starter, charged me $600, then just shrugged their shoulders when the problem wasn't solved. I trust these guys all the way.
